BREW PUB
HOSPITALITY DESIGN
University Project
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project involved developing a complete design concept for a craft beer brewpub, with the key requirement that elements of the microbrewery and its operations remain visible to patrons. The brief extended beyond spatial planning to include full brand development, visual identity, menu design, and beer bottle label concepts, ensuring a cohesive and immersive brand experience.

The final design solution, House of Brew, presents a bold and energetic brewpub that celebrates the craft of beer making. The layout includes a fast casual dining area with an adjoining kitchen and scullery, a dynamic bar space, visible microbrewery installations positioned alongside the bar, outdoor dining areas with varied seating arrangements, and well integrated ablutions.

The microbrewery acts as a focal feature within the space, allowing guests to engage visually with the brewing process and reinforcing authenticity. The outdoor seating area is shaded by timber slats and existing trees, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

The branding is expressed consistently throughout the interior through colour, materials, menu design, and custom beer label graphics, strengthening the identity of House of Brew. The result is a lively, welcoming destination that combines craft beer culture with a contemporary pub dining experience.
