NAIVASHA GULLY HOME
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The objective of this project was to assist the client in making design decisions for a three-bedroom residential home in Naivasha. The scope of work focused on helping the client select furniture, finishes, and fabrics for each space, including floor finishes, wallpapers, wall finishes, and lime washes. The areas covered in the project included the mudroom, kitchen, laundry, dining room, lounge, veranda, TV lounge, guest bedrooms and their bathrooms, as well as the master bedroom bathroom. In addition to interior finishes and furnishings, I also supported the client in sourcing reclaimed wooden doors and windows from the coast of Kenya, which were refurbished and incorporated into the home. The overall objective was to ensure a cohesive and well-considered design approach across all spaces while reflecting the client’s preferences and vision.
